Satipatthana Vipassana in a monastic forest setting. Daily short group talks and individual reporting sessions, weekly full length Dhamma talks. Meditators are expected to keep eight precepts, practice meditation for most of the day and night, and refrain from chatting with others during their stay. Both short and long stays are allowed; stays longer than two weeks are prefered by the centre.
